Since our appointment as Joint Administrators to the Company on Monday afternoon, we are pleased to have received a number of enquiries from parties expressing interest in the Auto Windscreens business, and we are currently progressing discussions with a number of these parties.
Although it is too early yet for us to be able to provide employees, creditors and other stakeholders with any definite news on the outcome of these discussions, please keep watching the Auto Windscreens website for news of any further developments. The affairs, business and property of the Company are currently managed by Chris Farrington, Matthew Cowlishaw and Dominic Wong as Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company and without personal liability.

On 14 February 2011, M J Cowlishaw, D L Z Wong, and C J Farrington of Deloitte LLP were appointed Joint Administrators of Auto Windscreens Limited (“the Company”) and now manage the affairs, business and property of the Company.
The Joint Administrators act only as agents of the Company and contract without personal liability. The Joint Administrators are authorised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
